Return Policy:

- We offer a 10-day return policy on all unused and undamaged products, provided they are returned in their original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging (including the box they were delivered in).

- Returns are only accepted for products that have not been resized, altered, or worn.

- Personalized or customized items, silver coins, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

- The return must include all accompanying materials, such as certificates and packaging.

- To initiate a return, please contact us at care@yamajewels.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9389761762 with your name and order number. We will arrange for the product to be picked up from the delivery address, or in some cases, customers may need to send the item back via alternate courier services like India Post, depending on their location.

- Return requests are typically processed within 10-11 business days, subject to product inspection.

 

Exchange Policy:

- We offer easy exchanges within 10 days for silver jewelry and other eligible items.

- All products must be unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

- To request an exchange, contact us at care@yamajewels.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9389761762 with your name and order number. We will arrange for the product to be picked up and shipped back to us.

- Upon receiving the exchanged product, we will process and ship the new item. Please note that a nominal shipping fee of Rs 150 will apply for the exchange.

- Exchanges are only applicable if all original packaging, certificates, and tags are included.

 

Important Terms:

- Products must remain unused, with no signs of wear or alterations.

- Tags should not be removed.

- Customers should review the return/exchange eligibility of a product before finalizing their purchase.

 

Cancellation Policies

- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 9389761762.

- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled while in transit.

- If the cancellation request is approved within the specified time frame, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

- Please ensure that all personal and shipping information is accurate at the time of placing the order, as any inconsistencies may lead to delays or non-delivery.

 

Refund Policies

Eligibility for Refund:

- Refunds are only processed for products that are returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags intact.

- Personalized, customized items, silver coins, and free gifts are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund:

- We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address, or if your location is not serviceable for return pickup, we may request that you send the product back using a courier service of your choice.

 

Refund Processing:

- After receiving the returned product, we will perform a thorough inspection, which includes quality checks of the material and gemstones.

- Upon satisfactory inspection, the refund will be processed. If the product was purchased at full price or is being exchanged for a new item, the refund will be issued to your original mode of payment.

- Items purchased using coupons or discounts may be refunded in the form of store credit, based on our discretion.

 

Timeline:

- Refunds are typically processed within 10-11 business days after the product is received and inspected.

- In some cases, due to courier delays, returned products may take 15-20 days to reach us. We appreciate your patience in such situations and assure you that your refund will be processed promptly upon receipt of the product.

 

Note:

- Any claims regarding missing or damaged items must be reported before accepting the delivery. Once the delivery is signed off, no claims for missing items will be entertained.
